Helen helps visitors with their wellbeing needs and is a strong advocate for the benefits of being part of a community and feeling a sense of belonging and purpose.

Looks after SYDNI's day to day finances and registrations and registers of our SYDNI run groups.
Adam is an excellent chef and well qualified. He has delivered a number of community cookery workshops and demonstrations.
"I job share as Office Administrator, working Monday to Wednesday. I manage the office tasks such as room bookings, taking calls and supporting Helen, Centre Manager with events and the day to day behind the scenes within the Centre, anything that gets thrown into the mix."
