Zumba Gold:9.30am – 10.30am
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Chair Exercises:11.30am – 12.30pm
As we get older, exercise becomes difficult and can place a strain on joints and muscles, which can lead to pain and injury. Chair exercises help you stay fit and healthy, without placing undue stress on your body. Seated exercise offers all the benefits of standing exercise, without the risk. Chair exercises will keep you flexible, improving your range of motion and mobility, making daily life easier.

Parkinson’s Physio Group:11.00am – 12.45pm
This group helps those with Parkinson’s to benefit from exercise designed to assist and support in slowing down the effects of Parkinson’s Disease. Benefits include improved flexibility and posture through stretching and postural re-education, increased speed and amplitude of movements through muscle strengthening and mobilisation exercises, and much more.

Table Tennis:2.00 pm – 4.00pm
Join the SYDNI Table Tennis group every week, learn the game, develop and practice your skills, meet other players.

Citizens Advice:10.00am – 1.00pm
Free advice appointments to help you find a way forward, whatever the problem. We also give advice on consumer rights, support witnesses in courts through the Witness Service and give pension guidance to people aged over 50.

Gardening Club:9:30am – 12:30pm and 1:45pm – 2:45pm
Floral enthusiasts and horticulturists are are all welcome to join the weekly gardening club where you can meet other gardeners, support each other and exchange tips and ideas to grow your garden.

SYDNIWinks Playgroup:9.30am – 11am
This is an a great opportunity for parents and carers to get together, establish friendships and find mutual care and support in help children develop communication skills, creativity, physical talents and cognitive abilities.

Cubs & Scouts:6.30pm – 8.30pm
Cubs are introduced to exciting outdoor skills and take part in adventurous activities, as well as camps and residential experiences. More information at Cubs and Scouts.


Turning Point Well-being Hub:9.30am – 4.00pm
Get information, workshops, advice and support individuals with learning disabilities courtesy of Turning Point in partnership with Warwickshire County Council and ISS. We offer group activity sessions in a 6-week workshop to cover different parts of health and wellbeing.

Circle of Tea:10am – 11:30am

SYDNI Singers:10am – 12.00pmHarmonise while you socialise! Singing in a group allows singers to sing and perform with other people rather than going solo, support each other, work together to develop your talents and synchronise your voices.

Not the Art Class:1:30pm – 13:30pm

An art group to explore your creative side. No skill necessary at all, its all about being creative for wellbeing and fun. Some people choose to bring their own art projects to do at the group. All are very welcome.


Women’s Group:9:30am – 12:00pm
For women to meet with other women to share and explore thoughts, ideas and experiences. Enjoy lively, stimulating conversation and broadened horizons whilst having fun and meeting others.

SYDNI Walking Group:10.15am
Whether you’re walking for health or just to explore the local area on foot, walking is a great way enjoy the great outdoors and meet others looking to go out and walk. Our walk leaders will welcome you on every walk and provide a safe, sociable and fun environment for you to meet like-minded people.

I.T Drop-In:9.45am – 11:30am
Improve your computer skills and understanding to access the online world of information and knowledge sharing, ask for help and advice in our drop-in sessions about any IT issues or queries you may have.

English For Life (ESOL):9.30am – 12.00pm
Improve your English language skills in classes designed to meet the needs of learners aged 16 and over who have chosen to make a life in the UK, and for whom English is a second or additional language. We cover a range of skills needed to settle in the country and to get by on a day-to-day basis such as reading and writing and genuine spoken interaction, work-related tasks to help job seekers or other academic paths.

Craft Group:1.00 pm- 3.00pm
Create some art, use colours, do some knitting, crocheting, sewing, jewellery making, and all manor of other crafting. Come down to this highly creative group, meet others and find friends.

Bhangra Burn:6.00 pm– 7.00pm
A high-intensity workout inspired by a North Indian folkdance. The intense energy and entertainment value of Bhangra made it catch on as a trend all over India, even making its way to Bollywood. Burn Bhangra Fitness classes are created to the tunes of popular, upbeat Punjabi songs.

Our group support and encourage the community to grow and eat local food. Join us to learn more about organic food and growing your own.

1st Sydenham Beavers:6.00pm – 7.45pm
We provided fun and challenging activities for girls and boys aged between 6 and 8 years old that want unique experiences, adventure every day, be creative, explore the local community and the chance to help each other to reach our full potential.


English For Life (for parents):9:30am – 11:30am
This course is suitable for parents and explores themes around communication needed for schooling, homework and accessing health services.

Bingo:1.00pm – 3.00pm
Play Bingo, have a cuppa, chat and meet new people. –>

A space for men to build, construct, sculpt and create whatever you want. Socialise, improve well-being, and meet others.
