For young people aged 8-13 years. Many activities are held during sessions, including; Arts and crafts, computer games, & sports. They also have squash and toast for a little snack.

An adult and child class of varying ability from no belt to black belt. Helps you gain confidence, fitness, self defence and flexibility.

13:00 ACT [Action in the Community Together]
SYDNI Community Leaders. SOS ACT! Sydenham Open Spaces Action group. Come along to the group to help improve play opportunities for our young people!
The group is currently developing our Community Garden and working with WCC to improve the green spaces in Sydenham, including the development of outdoor play in three Sydenham green spaces.

Only £1 per session which includes a cup of tea or coffee. A group run by volunteers to share skills and learn new crafts from card making to crochet!

11:00 Sydenham Food Co-opSign up to get a bag of veg and fruit for as little as £2.50 for a small bag and £4.00 for a large one!
12:00 - 14:00 Community Lunch
Thursday is Food Co-op Collection day at The SYDNI Centre and we have decided that with all the fresh fruita nd veg around it's a shame not to take advantage of it!
Every week our chef Scott will cook delicious meals from the food co-op ingredients.

The classes are for all ages they run on a Saturday from pre-school ballet to intermediate in tap and ballet.
