Sydenham Neighbourhood InitiativesSince 2001, the Sydni Centre has been providing quality accommodation to public and private sector organisations, individuals, community groups and charities in Leamington Spa and the Coventry and Warwickshire region. The purpose-built facility provides a range of meeting, training, sports, arts and leisure facilities, all of which are available for hire at extremely competitive rates.
This charity-owned venture aims to provide you with all your meeting, training, lecture and presentation requirements.
The Youth Centre is a substantial space that offers flexible seating or open plan options. The Youth Centre is ideal for large formal meetings, presentations or lectures and can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.

The Sydni Centre has three seminar rooms each of which can accommodate meetings or training sessions for up to 15 people. Two of the seminar rooms can be joined to create a larger meeting or training space capable of accommodating up to 25 people comfortably.

This room provides a large space which is capable of accommodating up to 100 people in comfort. It can be used for large meetings and seminars, AGM’s, formal lectures and group training sessions. It offers a number of seating options that can be tailored to the specific needs of the relevant event.

The Main Hall is also available as a Badminton court at a rate of £6.50 per hour.
This room provides a discreet space ideal for sensitive meetings, or individual appraisal, training and development sessions. This room is also used for holistic therapies.

The Sydni Centre can provide TV, Video and DVD hire, flipcharts and projection screens at a cost of £6 plus VAT per item. All seminar rooms are equipped with whiteboards.
The Sydni Centre has a full onsite catering facility and can provide drinks and food for all types of event held within the Centre. A range of drinks and catering options are offered and we have experience of meeting a variety of special dietary needs or requirements.
