Every week, a friendly and cheerful group of us meet for a chat in the SYDNI Centre every Tuesday at 10am. We drink quality tea with a different tea every week, we talk and get to know each other, play light games, and enjoy each other’s company!

Just A Few Great Reasons to Drink Tea

Tea contains antioxidants which help keep us healthy with oxygen so we don’t go ‘rusty’, working to help to keep us young, and minimise damage from pollution, and reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and strokes.
